This lady had a contact lens infection and developed 2 pretty zones of inflammation. The rings you can see in each image is called a Wessely ring.
This image shows a brown spot that is actually a Melanoma of the eye. Dr Maloof will perform oculoplastic surgery to remove this.

Deadly cancer called sebaceous gland carcinoma with an urgent removal required. The after-photo shows just one month after almost complete removal of upper eyelid and reconstruction including restoration of lashes. Full vision retained and the eye is fully protected.

Chronic recurrent Chalazions – This lady suffered terrible oil gland disease of the eyelids for years. Aside from chronic recurrent chalazions, her eyes looked terribly red. After multimodal therapy over time, we were able to get her eyelids back to normal.

Keyhole brow lift – A heavy upper eyelid is often due to an ageing brow. Keyhole lifting of the brow restores and rejuvenates the eyelids and has a much faster recovery.

Rounding the canthusAfter multiple failed cosmetic operations elsewhere, this patient suffered from rounding of the outer eyelid, which sloped downwards causing discomfort and watering. Specialised elevation, correction and cheek lift was undertaken to restore function, appearance and comfort. Image at 6 weeks post-surgery with an aesthetically pleasing youthful canthal angle. If only we could photograph how she felt!
